We collect your laundry
A Best Bubbles driver arrives in your requested window. You don't need to be home — leave it at your door with any access notes in your order.

We wash and fold
Your laundry goes through a pre-wash then a full main wash, dried and folded. Most orders turn around within 24 hours of being received before 3:00 PM.

We return it ready to put away
Your laundry comes back neatly folded and packaged. A delivery confirmation photo is available through your online order tracker.

You get your invoice
After your laundry is weighed and processed, your Square invoice arrives by email. You pay based on actual weight — not the estimate.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Many customers leave their laundry at the door. Just include any access instructions (gate code, building entrance, etc.) in your order notes.
What if I'm not sure how much laundry I have?
Estimate as best you can — a full laundry basket is roughly 15–20 lb. The final invoice uses actual processed weight, so your estimate is just for scheduling.
How is my laundry returned?
Neatly folded and packaged, ready to put away. Specialty items like comforters are handled separately and priced by piece.
What detergents do you use?
You choose when you book: Tide, Gain, or Tide Sensitive Skin for skin-sensitive loads.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 25 lb for household accounts and 30 lb for commercial pickups. Drop-off service has a 25 lb minimum.
Can I set up recurring service?
Yes. When booking you can choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly service. You can also request one-time pickups anytime.

New household customers: 20% off your first eligible order of at least 25 lb. New commercial accounts: first 200 lb at $1/lb. Wash-and-fold services are not subject to Virginia retail sales tax.
